This is closely tied with what kind of projects are the best to focus on. We will shortly summarize possible ways of financing science and more user-friendly forms of acquiring financing after getting your PhD done. If it's needed we will also quickly review the basics of project management necessary for your academic career.
The main section of the seminar will focus on the role of human factor in planning and managing projects. We will introduce critical moments involving three main challenges - application, human resource management and potential user of the results/benefits, as well as current trends in project management in science and the challenges that the researchers face in EU the context of the potential growth of their career.
