    We have developed a chamber for the testing of cell mobility in chemoattractant concentration gradient together with deformability in variable concentration gradient together with deformability in variable constraint space. In the miniaturized device with the total migration path length less than 1 mm, the analysis time was substantially shortened, when compared with commonly used instrumentation. The described device has the potential to be implemented in personalized medicine for testing tendency of patients´tumours to metastasis. Not only cancer metastasis but also other physiological phenomena like wound healing and tissue growt can be investigated this way.
