Our data on combined eitea of aI/-trans retinoic acid and tributyltin isothiocyanate based on proteomic analysis provide new insights into a
role of RXR/RARheterodimer. The knowledge achieved from current study offers further opportunlty to study triorganotins more intensively
in order to enhanee antltumor effeet of naturel or synthetie RARsligands and also take advantage of the faet on direet aetivation of RXRby
triorganotins.
