Description in English The method of separating a composite packaging material into the individual components according to which the crushed composite material is admixed with an organic separating agent, which is a mixture of a petroleum fraction with a distillation curve from 50 to 200°C and toluene, xylene, acetone, methylpyrrolidone or ethylpyrrolidone, in a weight ratio of the material to the agent of 1:5 to 1:10, wherein the resulting mixture is heated to a temperature of 40 - 100°C and is left, under constant stirring, to react until the individual components, which are subsequently isolated on the basis of different specific weights, are separated.
