Workshop se zaměřil na problematiku uplatňování autorských práv spojených se zveřejňováním fotografií uměleckých děl a objasnil práva a povinnosti sbírkových institucí či nakladatelství. Některé otázky byly věnovány vybraným aktuálním problémům fotografie a práva, s nimiž se dnes potýkají tvůrci i uživatelé fotografických děl, například otázce užití cizího díla v rámci vlastní tvorby. Závěrečná diskuse nabídla řešení pro konkrétní dotazy z publika. Workshop vedli právníci František Vyskočil a Michal Adamovský.

The workshop focused on the issues surrounding copyright laws as they relate to the publication of photographs of art works. It clarified the legal aspects and responsibilities of archival institutions or publishing houses. The part of the workshop was devoted to those select contemporary problems of photography and law which creators and users of photographic works must grapple with, for instance in the case when another’s work is included as part of your own. Final discussion offered solutions for specific questions from the audience. The workshop was led by the lawyers František Vyskočil and Michal Adamovský.
