Cílem výstavy bylo prozkoumat reflexi života a díla zakladatele československého státu T. G. Masaryka v životě československé společnosti v desetiletích následujících po jeho smrti. Vystavené dokumenty, fotografie, kresby mapovaly tuto reflexi jak z pohledu české, resp. slovenské společnosti, tak i československého exilu za druhé světové války i později po únorovém převratu v roce 1948.

The aim of the exhibition was to explore the reflection of the life and work of the founder of the Czechoslovak state of TG Masaryk in the life of Czechoslovak society in the decades following his death The exhibited documents, photographs, drawings mapped this reflection from both the Czech and Slovak society, as well as the Czechoslovak exile during the Second World War and later after the February coup in 1948.
