The electrochemical findings were supplemented by microscopy investigations; UV-Vis, fluorescence and vibrational spectroscopies, ellipsometry measurements and computational chemistry. The electrodeposited polymers could be used for the further development of materials applicable in organic electronics and sensing technologies.
