CycloBranch is an open-source, stand-alone, and cross-platform tool for automated processing of mass spectra. The tool can be used for de novo sequencing of non-ribosomal peptides from accurate product ion mass spectra and for dereplication and visualization of small molecular weight natural compounds from liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry and mass spectrometry imaging datasets.
