Kapitola se věnuje deliktu cizoložství v právních předpisech 16. až 19. století. Cizoložství bylo v těchto stoletích zařazeno do kategorie trestných činů, až v průběhu 19. století přechází do kategorie přestupku a jeho řešení přechází do působnosti práva soukromého.

The author in the chapter investigates adultery as an offence against the law of the 16th to 19th centuries. During this period adultery was classified as a crime and it was not until the 19th century when it became a misdemeanor and thus it was transferred under the private law.
