The nanofibrous PLA scaffolds enriched with 5 or 15 wt % of HA provided a good support for the adhesion, growth, and osteogenic diferentiation of human osteoblast-like MG 63 cells. At the same time, no significant immune activation of the macrophage-like RAW 264.7 cells cultivated on the tested scaffolds was observed. Thus, these scaffolds are promising as cell carriers for bone tissue engineering, particularly in non-load-bearing applications
