Digital Holographic Interferometry (DHI) is a contactless, non-invasive and precise experimental method. The article presents an overview of the recent development of DHI based on a modified Twymann-Green setup for measurements of asymmetric temperature fields in moving pulsatile fluids (e.g. synthetic jets). The developed experimental setup, synchronization method, and phase averaging technique are discussed. Besides, preliminary results obtained by tomography focusing on 3D temperature fields are shown too. A mathematical basis for a tomographic reconstruction is the inverse Radon transformation.
