Prezentováno:International Workshop on Acoustic Transducers and Materials,PennState,07.-09.05.2013 With the onset of design tools based on numerical computing using Finite Element Method (FEM), fast development of advanced devices required numerical modeling and analysis of systems with MFC actuators. It is clear that considering the detailed structure of the MFC composite would lead to enormous complexity of the numerical model and the knowledge of mean effective material parameters of the composite transducer has become a necessity. For that reason, an increasing number of investigations, which were focused on the homogenization of composite materials, have been accomplished, in order to predict mechanical and electro-mechanical properties of piezoceramic composites. Since experimental characterization of several material parameters required in numerical modeling is rather difficult to obtain with reasonable accuracy, we have approached to the computation of electromechanical
