The book chapter deals with an idea of extra-territorial recognition, and analyses the idea especially in relation to social rights of the global poor. It develops a theory of social recognition on the international, transnational, and global levels, and formulates a conception of social justice of the global poor. The chapter articulates extra-territorial recognition of the global poor regarding a regulation of economic globalization.
