Charakteristická témata jsou zpracována prostřednictvím tematicko-rekonstrukčních map. Komplexní dějiny od prehistorické doby až do roku 2012 jsou diskutovány v úvodní studii, která je doprovázena bibliografií a demografickými údaji. Description in English The 24. volume of the Historic Towns Atlas of the Czech Republic decribes by selected old maps, town views, old photoes, areal photographs etc. the urbanistic development of nowadays Prague district, former independet town Smíchov. Characteristic topics are elaborated by means of thematic - reconstructional maps. The complex history from the prehistoric period to the year of 2012 are discussed in the introdictive study which is accompanied with the bibliography and demographic figures.
