    AnnotationGermline transgenesis is an important procedure for functional investigations of biological pathways as well as for animal biotechnology. We’ve established a simple, non-viral protocol in three important biomedical model organisms, mouse, rat and rabbit. The protocol is based on the Sleeping Beauty transposon system (SB100X), and promotes early transgene integrations
