The influence of wind at FSO link attenuation at Milešovka hill has been studied for the last three years (2009 – 2011). New database of all measured data (meteorological elements and attenuation data) in Matlab software has been made for simple calculations and operational processes with this data. Correlations between wind characteristics and attenuation were calculated and presented in this study. Results show the influence of almost all wind parameters at FSO link attenuation, but this influence is very weak except of sonic temperature. The directional graphs show that wind direction at the tower position is more influenced by the FSO link attenuation than wind direction at the lamp (lower) position.
