Cílem této recenze je shrnout hlavní aspekty knihy „Vztah lékaře a pacienta z pohledu soukromého práva“, jejímž autorem je Tomáš Doležal a byla vydána v roce 2012 v Praze. Jak již název napovídá, kniha se věnuje analýze vztahu mezi lékařem a pacientem z právního hlediska. Záměrem recenze je poukázat na nejzajímavější části knihy, recenzent předkládá krátké hodnocení knihy.

The aim of this review is to summarize main aspects of the book “The Doctor-Patient Relationship from the View of Private Law“ written by Tomáš Doležal, published in 2012 in Prague. As the title suggests the book itself is focused on analysis of relationship between physician and patient from legal point of view. This review has the aim to show the most interesting parts of the book and present short evaluation of the book by the author of the review.
