Cancer treatment through restoration of normal mitochondrial function is analyzed. Re-opening pyruve pathway to mitochondria in glycolytic phenotype cancer cells (e.g. by dichloroacetate–DCA) restores normal static electric field, ordering water, nonlinear conditions, and low damping of microtubule oscillations resulting in normal coherent electromagnetic activity, physical processes, and apoptotic pathway. DCA clinical experience would accumulate data for new treatment drugs
