AnnotationTwo mixtures of human and salmon gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) derived peptides were successfully separated by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) in six classical buffer-based BGEs and by carrier ampholytes-based capillary electrophoresis (CABCE) in the same number carrier ampholytes-based isoelectric BGEs of the same or close pH values. In addition, from the pH dependence of peptide electrophoretic mobilities, the isolectric points of separated peptides were determined.
