Kniha se věnuje pojetí studia české lidové pohádky a humorky v rámci širší antropologie narativity včetně nástupu postmoderny a kulturního relativismu. Tato publikace se snaží zasadit českou pohádku do kontextu současné kultury (včetně filmu, tzv. triviální literatury atd.). Kniha obsahuji i českou variantu "The Types of International Folktales" (Uther 2004).

This book is focused to conception of study of czech tales and anecdotes in the frame of anthopology of narrative including entrance of postmodernist and cultural relativism. This publication tries to put czech tale into the context of contemporary culutre (including film, sc. trivial literature etc.). The book content czech variant of "The Types of International Folktales (Uther 2004) also.
