Die in der Fachliteratur bisher unbekannte Handschrift der Rechtsumme des Dominikaners Berthold von Freiburg, Sg. XVI C 41 der Prager Nationalbibliothek, ist eine der drei in Böhmen und Mähren überlieferten Handschriften dieses Werkes. Die aus dem J. 1417 stammende Handschrift wurde wahrscheinlich in Österreich hergestellt. Sie stammt aus der Nikolsburger Dietrichsteinischen Bibliothek und für die Handschriftenabteilung der Prager Nationalbibliothek wurde sie 1959 im Antiquariat gekauft.

Manuscript of "Rechtssumme" by Dominican Berchtold of Freiburg (sign. XVI. C 41, National Library in Prague), so far unknown in the scholarly literature, is the third preserverved manuscript of the work in Bohemia and Moravia. It is dated in 1417, and it was made probably in Austria. It was purchased in a second-hand bookshop in 1959.
