Description in English The chapter focuses on the academic education in Munich which influenced pupils of sculptor Ludwig Schwanthaler´s (Václav Levý, Ernst Popp) around 1850. In the next period sculptures created by Bohumil Schnirch, Ludvík Šimek, and Celda Klouček transmited the artistic power of Munich to Prague.
