S využitím OCR přepisů skenovaných lístků pak nabízí webové rozhraní možnost fulltextového vyhledávání v textových datech jak na úrovni celého záznamu, tak do budoucna i na úrovni jednotlivých databázových polí, pomocí funkce schránka pak možnosti uložení, různorodého třídění a exportu libovolných dat. Webová aplikace obsahuje nástroje pro editaci vystavených dat ze strany uživatelů, a to na několika úrovních (základní přepis, segmentace, položkový rozpis); zároveň obsahuje i algoritmy pro editaci hromadnou. Software zároveň obsahuje i robustní administrátorské rozhraní: nástroje pro hlášení chyb v bázi, modul pro správu uživatelských účtů, kontrolní algoritmy pro správu celého systému atd. Description in English The specialized presenting software offers its users a number of possibilities of the basic work with the digitised catalogue (the different formats of the view of the data, the text transciption, the table). With application of the OCR-transcription of the scanned-cards, the software allows its users the possibility of fulltext-searching in the text-data both on the level of whole card and, in the future, on the level of the single database-fields, by using the „clipboard“-function the possibilities of the saving, the heterogenous sorting and the export of the arbitrary data.
