V knize jsou uvedeny vybrané zkušenosti autorů s posuzováním špatně nebo nedostatečně řešených úloh ve stavebnictví. Po úvodních partiích obsahujících rekapitulaci teoretických základů dynamiky stavebních konstrukcí jsou uvedeny příklady konstrukcí nevyhovujících svou bezpečností nebo provozuschopností z hlediska svého dynamického chování, např. trhlinami, nadměrnými vibracemi. Jsou ukázány metody identifikace a diagnostiky konstrukcí, používající analýzu jejich dynamického chování.
The book presents selected cases of structures which failed as to their safety or serviceability from the point of view of their dynamic behaviour (cracks, excessive vibrations), as the authors had met them during their longtime professional activity. Some examples of the identification and diagnostics of real structures, obtained with the use of analysis of their dynamic behaviour, have been included.
