The article analyzes the effects of public international law in Czech law in the perspective of 10 years since the "euroamendment" of the Czech Constitution and, consequently, the approach of Czech administrative bodies and courts to public international law. In this respect, the article concludes that while treaties under art. 10 of the Constitution are regularly applied, approcah to other rules of international law reamins ambiguous which tends to confirm that even in the Czech conditions concepts of monism and dualism are inapt to describe the realtion between national and international law.
