AnnotationThe cells of Candida species, C. orthopsilosis, C. metapsilosis and C. parapsilosis, were separated by capillary isoelectric focusing and capillary zone electrophoresis. C. parapsilosis, biofilm-negative, was separated and detected from real sample of human serum and identified on the basis of their isoelectric points.
