Rozhovory se soustředily na jejich vědeckou činnost a historii Československé akademie věd (1952-1992). V úvodní stati je shrnuta problematika využití metod orální historie pro dějiny vědeckých institucí. Description in English The contribution presents an organized catalogue of the collection of interviews with witnesses (significant scientists and scholars, employees, officials of the management of the Academy) recorded and stored in the Archive of the Academy of Sciences. The interviews focused on their research activities and on the history of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences (1952-1992). The introduction summarizes methodological problems with using oral history to examine the history of scientific institutions.
