Z toho důvodu byla použita netradiční periodizace 1939-1946. Rok 1946 byl zvolen záměrně, jako rok prvních poválečných parlamentních voleb, okamžik, kdy je v zásadě dobudována nová státní správa po druhé světové válce. Description in English The aim of the work is to present a summary of the basic ideas and plans at the time for a restored Czechoslovak state, which were crystallizing in the domestic and émigré environment, and to subsequently compare them with the postwar reality. For the reason the author has used what is possibly the rather untraditional time-frame of 1939-1946. The year of the first postwar parliamentary elections - 1946 - was chosen as a moment when the construction of the new state administration was basically completed after the World War II.
