AnnotationIn this chapter, we describe a recently developed radiographic apparatus, equipped with Medipix2 semiconductor pixel detector. Due to the unlimited dynamic range of the Medipix2 detector and a high spatial resolution below 1.mu.m, the setup is particularly suitable for non-destructive radiographic imaging of small biological samples, including in vivo observations and CT reconstructions. Along with the description of the apparatus we provide examples of images of various biological samples.
