Annotation	Diskutovaný scénář vychází z historických paralel a hypotézy, že v důsledku světové finanční krize český mezinárodně neobchodovaný sektor v roli náhradního motoru růstu v kritickém momentě selhává a česká společnost se neumí dostat ze stagnace.
Description in English	The discussed scenario is derived from historical parallels and the hypothesis that, due to the world financial crisis Czech non-tradable sector in a role of substitute engine of growth fails in the critical moment and the Czech society gets locked in stagnation.
