Rozhodnutím kodifikační komise se rodinné právo stává součástí návrhu nového maďarského občanského zákoníku. Úprava rodinného práva obsahuje zásady ochrany manželství a rodiny, zásadu garantování rovných práv jak manželů, tak i ve vztahu mezi rodičem a dítětem a zásadu ochrany dítěte a jeho zájmů.

As a result of the Codification Commission´s decision, Family Law becomes a part of the new Hungarian Civil Code draft. The legal regulation of Family Law covers the principles of matrimony and family protection, the principle of ensuring equal rights between spouses as well as between a parent and a child, and the principle of protection of children and their interests.
