AnnotationWe study theoretically the transfer of charge carrier among zero-dimensional units of quantum dot samples, donor-acceptor molecular crystals, or DNA molecular bases. The theory is built on the basis of the intramolecular electron-phonon interaction and inter-unit tunneling included beyond the finite orders of perturbation calculation.
