AnnotationWe have developed a new type of electrochemical cell for electrochemical studies of phthalocyanines. The cell employs a HOPG as a working electrode covered by a thin layer of dichlorobenzene with dissolved phthalocyanine. The layer of dichlorobenzene solution is overlaid by aqueous supporting electrolyte solution where the reference and counter microelectrodes are immersed.
