    The characterization of the real structure of the corrosion-resistant steel after shot peening by X-ray diffraction, nanoindentation and optical microscopy. Combination of X-ray diffraction with electrolytic polishing enabled the crystallite size, microscopic and macroscopic residual stress detemination.
