Získané výsledky jsou porovnány s numerickými simulacemi provedenými pomocí programu ANSYS Fluent 12.1. Description in English The paper focuses on experimental measurements of velocity profiles as well as shapes of a free surface in a separator of the swirl geometry. Measured data are compared with results of numerical simulations performed by the program ANSYS Fluent 12.1.
