    AnnotationFrom Raman spectroscopy basic structural units were identified: TeO4, TeO3+1, TeO3 and NbO6 octahedra. Optical band gap was determined in the region 3.39-3.6 e V, nonlinear refractive index was estimated at around 0.85x10-11 esu.
