Microscopic pattern suitable for Hall mobility measurement was prepared on intrinsic monocrystalline diamond by selective hydrogen and oxygen termination. A part of the diamond surface was used as a working electrode for electrochemical synthesis of polypyrrole. The Hall mobility was measured under white light illumination. The measured Hall mobility was 7 cm2/Vs, which indicates the charge carrier transport via diamond and not polypyrrole. The manuscript also discuss relatively high error bar of the Hall mobility.
