AnnotationThe article describes the study of charge carrier mobility in the polypyrrole-diamond system with the aim to resolve the charge carrier transport path. Microscopic pattern suitable for Hall mobility measurement was prepared on intrinsic monocrystalline diamond by selective hydrogen and oxygen termination. A part of the diamond surface was used as a working electrode for electrochemical synthesis of polypyrrole. The Hall mobility was measured under white light illumination. The measured Hall mobility was 7 cm2/Vs, which indicates the charge carrier transport via diamond and not polypyrrole. The manuscript also discuss relatively high error bar of the Hall mobility.
