    Chloridové kanály TMEM16A byly zachyceny v ovocytech axolotlů a exprimovány. Výzkum pomůže léčit závažné nemoci jako hypertensi a cystickou fibrózu

    Chloride channels, in particular TMEM16A Ca-activatad ones (CaCCs) were captured in axolotl oocytes and expressed. The identification of this new family of ion channels may help the development of CaCC antibodies and modulators for treating serious diseases such as hypertension or cystic fibrosis
