Při společné analýze všech výsledků byla zjištěna pozitivní korelace mezi expozicí k-PAU a hladinami 15-F2t-IsoP; naopak, expozice k-PAU ani volatilním organickým látkám (VOC) neměla vliv na hladiny 8-oxodG. Description in English The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of air pollution on markers of DNA oxidation (8-oxodeoxyguanosine) and lipid peroxidation (15-F2t-isoprostane) in a group of 60 policemen from Prague and in 100 policemen and office workers from the Ostrava region. Among all subjects a significant positive correlation between exposure to c-PAHs and 15-F2t-IsoP levels was observed; on the contrary, no effect of exposure to c-PAHs and VOC to 8-oxodG levels was found.
