Ceramic Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 samples were studied in the broad spectral range of 106-1014 Hz by using several dielectric techniques in between 20 and 800 K. The soft-mode response in the vicinity of the ferroelectric transition was shown to consist of two coupled overdamped THz excitations, which show classical features of a coupled soft and central mode. In all the ferroelectric phases, additional relaxation dispersion appeared in the GHz range, assigned to ferroelectric domain-wall dynamics.
Keramické vrorky Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 byly studovány v širokém spektrálním oboru 106-1014 Hz pomocí nekolika dielektrických technik mezi 20 a 800 K. Odezva měkkého módu v blízkosti feroelektrického přechodu sestává z dvou vázaných přetlumených THz excitací, vykazujících klasické rysy vázaného měkkého a centrálního módu. Ve všech feroelektrických fázích se objevují dodatečné relaxace v GHz oblasti, připsané dynamice feroelektrických doménových stěn.
