    AnnotationA modification of TR-NEWS is proposed in this paper, referred to as Nonlinear Time Reversal Tomography. The procedure uses transducer array providing improvement of damaged zone localization. DORT method, enhanced by focused beams and virtual transducers concepts (FDORT) is used to derive Green’s function of defects. The TR-NEWS procedure is completed by the Excitation Symmetry Analysis Method (ESAM) as to extract 3rd order nonlinearities from spectral matrices along different wave-paths. Test results, obtained on metallic and composite parts, illustrate performance of the proposed procedure. Advantages of TR-NEWS tomography are in their potentiality to acquire very complex information about the tested structure.
