AnnotationWe employed 2-DE followed by image analysis and MALDI-TOF-TOF MS to analyze early changes in steady-state protein levels and phosphorylation status of the proteome in cytokinin treated Arabidopsis seedlings. Effects of four principal cytokinins (trans-zeatin, benzylaminopurine, thidiazuron and 6-(γ,γ-Dimethylallylamino)purine) were compared.
