Konference věnovaná problematice jazyka v právu podchytila aktuální otázky právního jazyka,i když mnohé příspěvky se zaměřily na minulost. Tato orientace však připravila půdu pro výzkum jazyka v právu Evropské unie i přesného používání a interpretace juristických pojmů v současných vnitrostátních právních řádech.
Description in English
The conference devoted to the problems of language used in the legal context paid mostly attention to the current issues of legal language, however, many contributions were focused on the past. Nonetheless, this orientation set the scene for the research of the language used in the EU Law as well as the exact usage and interpretation of legal terms in the current national legal orders.
