AnnotationIn this publication the optimization of the CZE and CIEF separation, detection and comparison of the isoelectric points of proteins and microorganisms native or dynamically modified by the yellow nonionogenic tenside were introduced. The possible applications in the microbiological practices were outlined on the example of the detection of labeled microbes and/or albumin from the sterile and infected urine.
