PLG scaffolds with the same porosity (83%) and an increasing diameter of pores (180-200 µm, 250–320 µm and 400-600 µm) were prepared. The best colonization with cells was observed on the scaffold with the largest pore size. The concentrations of osteopontine and osteocalcine, markers of osteogenic differentiation were the same on all scaffolds
Připravili jsme PLG matrice s velikostí pórů 180-200 µm, 250–320 µm a 400-600 µm s vysokou porozitou (83 %). Nejlepší kolonizace matric kostními buňkami byla pozorována u matric s velikostí pórů 400-600 µm. Koncentrace osteogenních markerů osteopontinu a osteokalcinu byla stejná u všech matric
