We found that cell attachment is guided by the hydrophilic/hydrophobic patterns on diamond with preferential adhesion to hydrophilic (O-terminated) surface. The selectivity is influenced by the intial cell concentration.
Bylo pozorováno, že přilnavost buněk je kontrolována hydrofobním/hydrofilním povrchem s preferencí adorovat na hydrofobní (kyslíkovo terminované) povrchy. Preferenční adheze je ovlivněna počáteční koncentrací buněk.
