Detection of linear part of a graph is a common problem in data analysis. Specifically for the Patlak-Rutland plot, this step is an important part of functional analysis of renal activity. An automated method for detection is proposed and tested on 16 data sets of real medical data.

Detekce lineární části grafu je častým problémem při analýze dat. Konkrétně pro Patlak-Rutlandův graf je daný úkol důležitý pro správné vyhodnocení funkce ledvin ze scintigrafického vyšetření. Automatická metoda detekce byla navržena a testována na šestnácti sadách reálných medicínských dat.
