    The aim of this tudy was to investigate the adaptation of cancer cells to low glucose conditions, as regard to their mitochondrial features. In cancer cells, glucose deprivation lead to a change in p50 value. There was also a 2 to 3-fold increase in routine respiration in glucose versus galactose medium

    Účelem této studie bylo zjistit adaptaci rakovinných buněk na nízkou koncentraci glukózy. V těchto buňkách deprivace glukózy vedla ke změně hodnoty p50. Také bylo rovněž pozorováno 2 - 3-násobné zvýšení rutinní respirace ať už v glukózovém nebo galaktózovém médiu
