Annotation	Respiratory chain enzymes are associated into supercomplexes. Using electrophoretic methods, changes in supercomplexes composition and quantity, based on a various content of cytochrom c oxidase, were observed. Mitochondria isolated from tissues with cytochrom c oxidase asembly factor SURF1 defect and from control tissues were analyzed
