In the present study we investigated the nuclear arrangement of promyelocytic leukaemia nuclear bodies (PML NBs) in leukaemia and multiple myeloma cells treated by cytostatics and induced to differentiation. On the base of our observations we suggested basic relationship between the number of PML NBs and average centre-to-PML distances: we observed that increased PML number caused relocation of PML bodies more peripherally within interphase nuclei.
V této studii jsme zkoumali jaderné uspořádání PML tělísek u leukemických buněk a buněk mnohočetného myelomu ošetřené cytostatiky a diferenciačními činidly. Na základě našich pozorování předpokládáme, že existuje vztah mezi počtem PML tělísek a průměrnou vzdáleností od středu jádra: narůstající počet PML tělísek posouvá umístění PML tělísek na periferii.
